A beautiful caravan park in an awesome part of Queensland. Reception area/shop clean and bright and Rob very welcoming. So many southerners up for the winter fishing for many years confirms the five star rating. Everyone made us feel part of the park community even though we were only there for two nights. Would definitely stay again and this time, join in the happy hour at the camp kitchen. Facilities were clean and fresh smelling and heaps of hot water. Until next time, may the fish keep biting!!!

Absolutely the best caravan park we have been to. People were so friendly and welcoming. Considering the weather it was still accommodating and comfortable. Still wheelchair accessible and the general store there is very cheap and accommodating. Will be going back ASAP.

First time camping in our little van and we took our fur baby Missy (Rottie)
Great independent little park. Clean amenities, plenty of room for our van, hosts were wonderful and so helpful on checkin and booking.
Great little town and so close to beach for fishing and grandkids had a great time with all the activities put on over the Easter long weekend.

I stayed here recently as a solo traveller. The couple were so welcoming. I was given advice on the next stops in my trip, parking in Brisbane, and even lent grease for my dodgy door. The neighbours come here for coffee, everyone is super friendly. Very close to the beach.
WiFi available, my Vodafone signal wasn't very good here.
Lovely pool and huge kitchen with big lights.
Loved the bathrooms, big mirrors, lots of space inside shower cubicle.
And to top it off, gorgeous sunset.
Ice coffee available, would recommend.

We had a powered site on the grass, we loved it. Its a lovely sleepy little hollow and a great fishing spot. What made it so enjoyable was the managers of the park, Rob & Emma. Great coffee too. 🤗

We arrived late on the 30062023 after a late travel up from townsville for two nights. Absolutely amazing service. We had a water issue with our new van and were amazed at how helpful our fellow campers were in assisting us. This is a very special place with awesome hosts and guests. Highly recommended.

Beautiful park, very shady, lovely van park managers / owners and very helpful, clean bathrooms, refreshing pool with perfect temperature. The shop attached has everything you need and walking distance to the beach and boat ramp. We will definitely be back.

Stayed with our four legged family member in a cabin. Loved it!
Cabin was clean and bed comfy. The Park is well kept, a short walk from the beach and is well placed for sightseeing in the area.
Managers are super friendly and helpful.
We were ecstatic our pup could stay inside with us.
We will be back 😀
